Day one:

Arrival Entebbe, transfer to St.Bruno Tented Camp - Portbell.

Day two:

Morning pick up from your overnight accommodation in Kampala. Start 4 - 5 hour drive to Murchison falls National Park. Transfer to the magnificent top of the falls where you will enjoy your picnic lunch as you marvel at the mighty Nile forced into a seven meter crevice to thunder 45 meters below in a series of breath-taking cascades. The Nile can be viewed at different points up to the Baker's Summit. Dinner and overnight at Camp Site.

Day Three and Four:

After an early morning breakfast, embark on a half day game drive on the northern bank of the River Nile. Escorted by a ranger guide, you may opt for a game walk while trailing animals and studying animal spoors. Game in this area include Giraffe, Elephant, Harte beest, Lion, Uganda Kob, Oribi and a variety of savannah and woodland birds. After lunch, take the 3 hour Nile Cruise for game viewing at close quarters. This is a paradise of the Hippo and Crocodiles. Dinner and Overnight at Camp site.

Day Five:

An early breakfast, then transfer to Kibale Forest.

Day Six:

After breakfast, head for Kibale forest for a half day Primate walk in search of chimpanzees. On the walk, you may see Black and white colobus monkey, Red tailed monkey, Baboon and Grey cheeked mangabeys. Overnight at Campsite.

Day Seven:

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive in Queen Elizabeth National park. After an evening game drive, transfer to your accommodations for dinner and overnight at Campsite.

Day Eight and Nine:

After an early morning cup of tea at 6:30am, depart for a game drive on the northerly parts of the park along the Kasenyi track. This is the best time for opportunities of viewing the cats in action. Later, return for breakfast. In the afternoon, take another boat cruise on the Kazinga for solitary Buffalo, Hippo and other animals at the edge of the channel as they cool off. Depending on the season, European migrant birds like the terns and gulls congregate here in large flocks. Dinner and overnight either at Campsite.

Day Ten:

After a relaxed breakfast, transfer to the gorilla sanctuary through this beautiful mountain scenery referred to as "the little Switzerland". Depending on the road status, there is the possibility of a detour to Ishasha with a possibility of viewing tree climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara Campsite.

Day Eleven, Twelve, Thirteen:

After breakfast and briefing by the ranger guides. Later with picnic lunch, start a 30 minutes - 8 hours trek to find the mountain Gorillas. The tracking starts at the spot where the gorillas spent the previous day. After a full hour with the gorillas, return to your accommodations for dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara Campsite. On alternate days others will be taking a forest walk to the Munyaga water falls and the village walk that takes you to experience the various activities of the local communities.

Day Fourteen:

After breakfast, transfer to Mbarara arriving in time for lunch at the Lake View Hotel. Continue to Ssese Island (this can replace the first 2 days of Murchison Falls if you don't want to go there) or Kampala hotel and the following day to the airport for flight out.

Day Fifteen:

Enjoy Ssese Islands forest walking, bird watching, canoeing and visiting traditional doctors.

Day Sixteen:

Morning transfer to the landing site for ferry to Bukakata before heading for Kampala. Overnight St. Bruno Tented Camp.

Day seventeen:

Transfer to Airport.
